Mission
The British Section of the Lycée Français Charles de Gaulle is looking for a full-time Teacher of Arts (19 hours) on a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave, from 5th January 2026 to 31st December 2026.
Monthly gross salary and benefits:
- From £ 38,770 per annum including all allowances for a full time
- Teacher pension
- 60 days holiday per annum for a full time

Profil
The successful candidate will have a QTS and have had successful experience of teaching Art to GCSE and A Level, and experience of teaching History of Art A Level is highly desirable.
Teaching will be in English, so whilst the ability to speak French is not essential, some knowledge of the language and culture would be desirable.
Candidates should be motivated, energetic and able to work as part of a team. They should be prepared to play an active part in the life of the school and to embrace the multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment.
You will be employed directly by the Lycée and your contract will be governed by the English Law.
